Care Leavers Connected is a new platform made by care leavers for care leavers. Here you can make connections with other care leavers by adding homes or placements where you lived during your time in care or by sharing your interests.

There are also a range of resources created by Terri, Toya and Will, who work for the Care Leavers Association, the team aims to ensure the site is a safe place to be and works well. This website is for care leavers only, if you are a professional you can access the resources here.

This website gives us a way of connecting with others who were in care, to chat about our life experiences, and help each other with any issues that are important to us. All of us deserve a good life after care and Care Leavers Connected wants to help ensure this happens.
